Do my players need an account or an app?
No. They open your page, pick a session, and book. There is no app to download and no sign-up. If they want to see their bookings later, they can claim an account afterwards with an emailed code.
Can I take payments online and in person?
Yes. Take card payments online, or record a cash or bank transfer in a tap. It is your choice on every booking.
Can I set a cancellation policy?
Yes. You choose how late a player can cancel for free, anything from a few hours to a week ahead, and the terms they read before they book. When someone cancels, you decide what happens to the money: back to their card in full or in part, or credit towards another session.
Can I run group lessons and events?
Yes. Private 1:1 lessons, ongoing group squads, social sessions and one-off events are all built in. A session is priced per session (one price however many book it) or per person (each player pays that amount).
Does it work for padel or pickleball?
Yes. Nothing in Arvald is tennis-only. It is built around how a coaching business actually runs rather than as a generic booking calendar, so padel, pickleball and squash work the same way.
How do players get to my page?
You share it: on social media, on your website, in your bio, or in person at the court. Anyone who has it can book.
What does it cost?
A$39 a month, with a 30-day free trial. One plan with everything included, and the same A$39 whether you take five bookings a month or five hundred. Your players pay your listed price and we add nothing to it. Card payments carry the payment provider’s standard processing fee, taken before the money reaches your account, the same as accepting a card anywhere else.
